To Alan Shatter Minister for Justice in Ireland, Latif Yahia should be given a citizenship in Ireland...show that democracy does truly exist in this world irregardless of race, religion & status...Shame on You Mr.Shatter and the Irish Government, Give the Man a chance! He's lived through enough of Hell!
The US Govt should be concentrating on their pathetic gun laws(even a child can own a gun!),healthcare, education, economy, unemployment, racism problems etc..What does the Irish govt mean by saying "If we give you the citizenship,we'll ruin our relations with the US?"..Why is the US Govt interfering?I am not an American but I am begging the Govt "Don't ruin the world with war on terrorism, don't interfere with another country's laws unless we ask u too.

In America, celebrity look-alikes can make money by running interference for the stars. But what if at any time, your look-alike could have you tortured or put to death? That is the plight this author found himself in when he was chosen to serve as Uday Hussein's double. Uday, who aspires to be an even more feared leader than his father Saddam, is (was) not exactly a paragon of mental health. Picture living under the same roof with an adult with the hormones of a teen and the temper of a toddler, whose every whim was granted, and you will get some idea of what this author's life was like.

Actually, as a double, he was given fairly little to do but took meticulous notes on what it was like to have an up close and too personal look at Uday's reign of terror.
Highly recommended.
